Studio Policies for Children’s Division and Student Division
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
A yearly non-refundable registration fee of $50 per family is payable annually in August (or at the time of registration, if later).
Tuition for the fall and spring semesters is payable by the semester, either in full in advance (5% discount) or in five monthly installments due on the 15th of each month. Tuition for the summer semester is payable in full in advance. Tuition for the full semester is due even if a student misses or discontinues classes. Missed classes can be made up any time within the same semester.
We offer a 10% sibling discount or a multi-class discount (15% for the second class, 20% for third and additional classes). (Not applicable to summer classes)
Payments can be made in cash or by check, credit card or debit card.
Fees are posted at the beginning of the month and are due on the 15th of the month. For families paying by credit or debit card, the account balance is charged to the credit or debit card on file on the 15th of the month.
Late payments are subject to the following late fees: 10 days late, $15; 30 days late, $30; 45 days late, $45; more than 60 days late, $100.
Students enrolled in the fall semester will automatically be enrolled in the spring semester, unless the studio is notified by December 15th.
